About the Campaign
This PSA aims to educate NYC on when to call 911, 988, and 311, including different example scenarios demonstrating when each number is appropriate and what kind of help you can receive from each number.
Special thanks to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Healthy) and the Malone Creative Group (The Group) for their partnership in bringing this vision to life and to every New Yorker.
