Hina Khan, LCSW is the Program Director for the Caring Transitions Program, a youth suicide prevention initiative. Her work focuses on supporting young people and their families for 90 days after a hospital visit or admission related to suicidal ideations or a suicide attempt. With a strong background in crisis intervention and mental health support, Hina is passionate about helping youth navigate difficult moments of distress while creating space for healing, resilience, and open communication.

Natasha Edwards is a New York State licensed mental health clinician. She has clinical experience working in social service organizations, community and hospital settings, and non-profits. She has worked with a variety of clients including children, adolescents and adults. She is engaged in research focusing on suicide prevention, minority groups and their mental health, diversity, and stigma in psychotherapy. She is currently the Associate Program Director and Mental Health Lead at Elmhurst Hospital Center, a private practice clinician, and an advocate for mental health equity. She is also a professor of clinical intervention at Fordham University.
