The panel features Dr. Michael McRae, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of Health Promotion for Justice-Impacted Populations (NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene); Mario Schlosser, CEO of Oscar; Karen Ignagni, President and CEO of EmblemHealth; and Marjorie A. Cadogan, Executive Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Citywide Insurance Access (HRA). The panel is moderated by Susan Herman, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Community Mental Health.
